Suryagita Cox is an experienced teacher of the Alexander Technique, member of STAT (Society for Teachers of the Alexander Technique, UK) and chair of ATTSNZ (Alexander Technique Teachers Society of New Zealand). She also specialises in voice coaching, singing tuition and presentation skills. Suryagita offers individual lessons in the Alexander Technique for help with posture, back and neck pain, RSI (OOS) and stress; personalised voice coaching; and Free Your Voice or Harmony Singing workshops and presentation skills for individuals and corporate clients.. She is based in Wellington, New Zealand, and also teaches in Auckland and Sydney.

When we sing or chant we not only express our true selves, but we also "call" - to our higher selves, or whatever is of value to us. And we hear that call come back as we learn to listen, to sounds, other's voices and silence.This course will build on your singing skills, plus we will learn calling songs drawn from World Music and mantras
